A few moments ago, the Academy of Arts and Sciences for Feature Films announced the total number of films that are eligible to win their award for best picture. This time there are 366 films competing for an Oscar for best picture. That would be the largest number for the academy in half a century, which is an interesting quirk given the expanded eligibility for the Academy Awards this year. The list is below but includes all of the expected movies as you can imagine. Now we just have to wait a few more weeks to see which titles are nominated for best picture.
