ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) – While a full hybrid schedule is off the table, Albuquerque Public Schools are currently seeing some students returning to the classroom this week. Some schools start personal learning in small groups. After a long year of no personal learning, the educators we spoke to say they are ready to get kids back into the building – including the noises that come with it.

“It will be a year since we had students on campus next week, and we’re excited to bring even a handful,” said Jaclyn Bogue, principal at Sierra Vista Elementary. “Just hearing the noise and chaos and a little laughter I think makes me really excited.”
