Briostack, a pest control software company, was acquired by EverCommerce of Denver, Colorado. Vista Point Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Briostack. Conditions were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Lehi, Utah, Briostack is designed to streamline the planning, billing, collection, marketing and reporting for professional pest control companies. More than 650 pest control companies use the platform to maximize sales and improve efficiency.

The company joins EverCommerce’s portfolio of home and field service software. It develops and acquires software that service-minded businesses can use to accelerate growth, streamline operations, and increase customer loyalty.

Briostack’s software comprises three solutions: BrioOffice, BrioTech and BrioSales. BrioOffice connects management with sales teams and pest control professionals (PMPs) through dashboards and calendars. BrioTech is a field app for PMPs that can display job updates in real time, receive routing and adjust appointments. BrioSales is a module that provides dedicated dashboards, leaderboards and partitioned sales cards to increase sales.
