San Diego-based Sunrise Management has added Amy Cleveland as its newest regional real estate manager. She will oversee a rapidly growing real estate portfolio across the Portland market. Cleveland has 15 years of real estate management experience including managing a variety of mixed-use projects, leases, value creation, and stabilized urban and suburban communities. Most recently she was Area Property Manager at AG Spanos Companies. She developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure seamless property management activities across Oregon. Previously, she was a regional property manager for Greystar in Portland and a property manager for Riverstone Residential Group. Cleveland is a licensed real estate agent in Oregon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and leadership from Portland State University.
