The BS Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology (BSACIST), Vandalur, has introduced a new degree program – MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (MBA IEV) at the Crescent School of Business (CSB) in collaboration with Crescent Innovation and Incubation Council (CIIC), for candidates with a passion for brainstorming, innovation and business development.
It offers students and professionals a new way to begin their entrepreneurship preparation. The MBA IEV program was specially developed by the Innovation Cell (MIC) of the AICTE Ministry of Education, GoI, for institutes with incubators.
The main objective of this program is to promote and train new generation entrepreneurs with the right business skills during their studies so as to contribute to the economic development of the country. It has been curated with the aim of helping the Indian higher education system produce new generation entrepreneurs capable of building innovative businesses while earning a Masters degree.
