HERNDON, Va., March 24, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Learning Tree International today announced the release of the first Technology Business Management (TBM) training course designed specifically for the US federal government. According to CIO.gov1, TBM is a powerful tool to further facilitate the implementation of the Federal Law on the Reform of IT Acquisition (FITARA) while at the same time evaluating IT spending, improving acquisitions and better understanding IT investment costs – and how these investments help the agencies accomplish their mission.
