* Mark Gaskamp
Mr. Gaskamp is responsible for leading the risk management practice and a variety of other roles for the Marsh Wortham Austin office. His responsibilities include working with clients to develop and implement risk control strategies to lower their organizations’ overall risk costs. It provides value-added services to clients in a variety of industries including construction, energy, real estate, services, and the public sector.
Mr. Gaskamp joined Marsh Wortham in 2004 and has worked in insurance and risk management for Wortham since 1988. Before joining the company, he was Senior Underwriter for the St. Paul and St. Paul Travelers organization. He also held various positions in the St. Paul Risk Control unit including Regional Supervisor, Risk Management Account Specialist, Regional Public Sector Specialist, and National Specialist for the Professional Specialty Unit. He worked closely with safety and risk management professionals to coordinate, develop and implement accident prevention programs that have a positive impact on the company’s overall risk costs. As a risk consultant for Corporate Systems, he was also responsible for data analysis and risk management information advice for Fortune 500 companies, external administrators and insurers.
Mr. Gaskamp has been a national faculty member of the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research’s Certified Risk Manager (CRM) program since 2002 and an Associate Risk Management Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. In 2009 he received the Safety Professional of the Year for the ASSP Region III (Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas). He has published numerous insurance and risk management articles and presented them at regional and national conferences for organizations such as ASSP, RIMS, the Construction Financial Management Association, ABC, AGC, the International Risk Management Institute and the Public Risk Management Association.
Mr. Gaskamp is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and holds the professional titles CRM, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM). .
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Gregory is the primary operations officer for a variety of corporate business models. Arnold Oil Company specializes in the sale and distribution of bulk lubricants, bulk fuels, and auto parts. It also serves its customers through retail and commercial auto parts stores, as well as commercial and retail outdoor power specialty stores.
For the past nearly 40 years, Mr. Gregory has worked for organizations ranging from small private companies to large publicly traded companies. During this time, his planning and management strategies had a significant impact on the financial strength of his employers by improving overall safety and risk management practices. Arnold Oil Company was recently recognized by Texas Mutual Insurance Company as a recipient of the Platinum Safety Partner Award. Only 2 percent of Texas Mutual’s 72,000 policyholders receive this award.
Mr. Gregory graduated from Baylor University with a degree in business administration, where he worked in both baseball and soccer.
