McEnany, who bought the Tampa house along with her husband – former Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Sean Gilmartin – is listing the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house for $ 1.1 million, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
According to Hillsborough County Real Estate Appraiser records, the couple bought the Davis Islands home for $ 650,000 in 2017.
The two-story home was built in 1940 and, according to property records, has an area of 2,538 square feet.
McEnany, 32, who grew up in Hillsborough County and attended high school at the Tampa Academy of the Holy Names, has the house listed on Smith & Associates Real Estate, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported.
“Davis Islands is the preferred Tampa neighborhood for homeowners who want the pace of an island lifestyle yet easy access to the events and culture of all that the Tampa area has to offer,” said Becky Slocum of Smith & Associates in an explanation.
The house sits on double lots, has a large screened porch and a “stunning crystal chandelier” in the formal dining room as the property listing shows. The property also includes a guest house in the back yard, the Times reported.
“They have done a great job making this house their own in their renovations since they bought it,” Slocum told the newspaper.
Fox News recently announced that McEnany will join the network as a co-host. While the new job means they’ll be moving to New York, the couple could still buy another property in Tampa, Slocum said.
“She has a family on the island, so I think she will always have something to do with Tampa Bay,” Slocum told the Times.
