About strategic vision investments

Strategic Vision Investment (“SVI”) is a Hong Kong-based investment company focused on investment opportunities with multiple return profiles, typically two to ten years. SVI’s long-term horizon and investment approach is aimed at avoiding short-term noise and gaining a deeper understanding of the consensus. Through its long-term in-house research, SVI seeks to identify structural megatrends that it believes will have a critical impact on creating significant value in the next 10-30 years (energy revolution, industry consolidation, new materials, healthcare / biotechnology, AI -Revolution, Cloud / SaaS). SVI focuses its research efforts and capital through its strict investment criteria and selection process on highly persuasive investment opportunities in these megatrends. SVI’s portfolio construction aims to maximize portfolio returns and mitigate the risk of market downturns. SVI was previously known as BosValen Asset Management (BVAM) and was founded in 2014 by Ken Xu. To better reflect the nature of its investment philosophy, the company has been renamed Strategic Vision Investment (“SVI”). This new name underscores the company’s main strength: a strategic vision to look for high quality investment opportunities over the long term. SVI’s Value Multiplier Fund (“Fund”) achieved a net return of 191.7% for the January – December 2020 period and a net return of 16.4% for the January – May 2021 YTD period. This represents the net performance of class E and is understood to mean less management fees (1.25%) and performance fees (12.5%). PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT NECESSARILY INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. THERE CAN BE NO REPRESENTATION THAT A FUND WILL ACHIEVE ITS OBJECTIVES OR AVOID MATERIAL LOSSES.
