Microsoft India announced the general availability of Dynamics 365 Business Central, a comprehensive enterprise management solution for small and medium-sized businesses. It is a one-stop cloud solution that companies can use to connect sales, service, finance and operations teams. This was announced at its “Building a Resilient Future” virtual summit.
It offers the services of Microsoft Dynamics Navision, the company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) app, for deployment in the cloud or on-site. The app can be accessed from any mobile device.
The solution customized for India has built-in functionality that meets local regulatory and market requirements for easy business operations, including a tax engine with over 500 pre-configured use cases and business scenarios for tax on goods and services (GST) deducted at source ( TDS) and taxes levied at source (
).
In a statement, Rajiv Sodhi, Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft India, said in a statement, “Dynamic 265 Business Central provides customers with affordable and easy-to-manage tools that simplify and accelerate day-to-day business processes. We believe this will help small and medium-sized businesses move to the cloud securely and be future proof. ”
The system automates and streamlines business processes such as finance, manufacturing, sales, shipping, project management and services, and gives companies the ability to upgrade their current accounting software and legacy ERP systems. It integrates with other Microsoft cloud services, including Microsoft 365, and can be customized or expanded to meet specific industry needs using PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, and Power BI.
The solution can also be integrated into Microsoft Teams and enables companies to exchange information with team members and answer inquiries more quickly. As a single end-to-end application, Business Central enables
