Northern Kentucky University offers one of the most affordable entrepreneurship degrees in the country, according to a new ranking from university headquarters.

NKU is the ninth best affordable program for students looking to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. University Headquarters, an online resource designed to help students navigate the higher education sector, has announced its top 100 schools after reviewing the data and several factors including accreditations, affordability and flexibility.
“The possible outcomes for an entrepreneurship degree are almost endless. Graduates with these degrees are highly valued as employees because they have been trained to take smart risks, think independently, and achieve healthy outcome. Because, as every good entrepreneur knows, education is an investment. With this in mind, students and their families should look for programs that are likely to generate a large return on that investment, ”the university headquarters said in its review.
The Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, housed in the Haile College of Business, prepares learners for today’s fast-paced business environment. Through innovation and entrepreneurship both inside and outside the classroom, students take responsibility for their future – from accessing capital to realizing ideas.
The NKU has received numerous awards for its award-winning entrepreneurship curriculum. Just last fall, the CIE was recognized by the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers as one of the world’s best companies for creating, promoting and enabling educational opportunities. Many students use the classroom concepts to start their own business through the NKU’s internationally recognized 12-week business accelerator, the INKUBATOR program.

NKU’s Haile College of Business is accredited by AACSB-International, an award that less than 5 percent of business schools worldwide receive.
