Robert Burrage, owner and CEO of RWB Construction Management, was on hand to discuss determination, commitment and structure with some of the best subcontractors in South Florida.

While many housing companies worldwide are suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic closings, RWB construction management is thriving. RWB recently completed a 20,000-square-foot lot on the Manalapan coast that hit the market at the height of the pandemic and signed a record-breaking contract eight days later. RWB Construction Management builds and oversees over 100,000 square meters of luxury high-end housing developments annually. They are known for their ability to oversee huge residential projects from concept to completion.
Robert began the meeting by thanking everyone for their dedication to excellence and their additional efforts leading to the success of the year. In view of the fact that the RWB construction management is only a few weeks away from its three-year anniversary, he congratulated the hall on achieving the goals. Robert announced that he had sold everything that was his to help make WARC construction management dream come true. He took this risk because he believed they needed the best possible leadership to be successful, and he remains determined to protect his team, their customers, and the subcontractors.
The RWB owner took a moment to acknowledge the pandemic and said, “The last year of our entire lives has been completely turned upside down, we have all had our own personal and professional chaos. Coronavirus and the shutdowns were things none of us could have planned, foreseen, or done about it. Everyone in this room worked hard to overcome it. We outperformed our competition and set a point of explanation for our future! “
Robert Burrage also spoke about “Do Your Job!” By his team. Mantra that highlights how all of the subcontractors in the room have faced and overcome adversity. He personally thanked each member for the continued commitment and trust of his team in the RWB Baumanagement brand. Robert reminded the room that his team is committed to its subcontractors and that they will continue to be well looked after as RWB grows and expands. He stressed that excellent communication, scheduling and the right staffing are the keys to their success.
Coates, Amedo and Hart have been announced in their new positions as Executive Project Managers. Robert also spoke about an open position for the project coordinator that he would like to fill in the next few weeks. This new project coordinator will be responsible for developing budgets, schedules and maintaining continued success with specific jobs over the next two years. Robert proudly announced the biggest charity project of the RWB construction management to date, the “Project Silvia”. Robert is a family man himself and has tried to convey the work ethic and values he has learned to the next generation. Among other things, he shares his vision by helping local foster families with their children and property. Since the start of his company, Robert has provided a variety of services to help these families with their homes, including repairs, remodeling, and even Christmas presents for the children. Silvia is one of the many foster parents Robert and his team have donated to over the years. Silvia is not only the foster mother, but also the adoptive mother of two little boys whom Robert has grown to love over the years. The RWB site management team recently discovered that Silvia’s apartment was uninhabitable and plans to build a brand new home for this family next year.
Robert ended the meeting by thanking everyone and reminding the group that he came from a meager northeast background and was climbing his way up. Although Robert Burrage strives daily to meet the needs of his customers, he still finds time for his family. At home, Robert Burrage is a loving and devoted father to his four children. Robert and his fiancée Katie devote themselves to their children’s hobbies such as grooming horses, skateboarding and four-wheeling. He also finds time for his local community.
