Specialist, Program & Project Management Project / Program Management – IC3 Participates in or directs a variety of activities related to project planning and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to internal customer specifications. Manages and monitors project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, problem / risk identification and tracking, scope management, appraisal, internal customer management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation and sales to production for projects with low to medium business complexity. Manages and controls all work carried out. Reports and escalates progress / issues to management as needed. Develops the work declaration including the project justification and plan. Defines roles and responsibilities of the project team. Contributes to the supplier and customer relationship to ensure that service expectations are developed and met. Maintains regular contact with internal customers and coordinates and reports on project progress and successes. Works with all the roles and groups required to plan and execute the project effectively. Communicates effectively with internal management and external customers. Contributes to the achievement of the goals of related teams

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or a related field is required. 5-7 years of professional experience in project management preferred. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and / or Prince2 certification are preferred. Good written and oral communication skills required.
