Suriname’s political leaders have the opening of the country’s 2021 energy oil and gas conference on Tuesday the 1st of investor-friendliness in the period to come.
The country’s president, Chandrikapersad Santokhi, chaired the series of speakers at the opening of the forum, stating that the summit’s two main objectives are to promote entrepreneurship and attract foreign investment. “That fits right into our policy and our commitment to further develop our oil and gas industry for the benefit of the people of Suriname,” he is quoted as saying.
