Global software and payments provider TSG today launched PerfectMind, an all-in-one cloud-based business management platform for water, leisure and sports facilities.

According to TSG, with the launch of the platform, PerfectMind can help vendors save up to 20% of the time managing and processing payments and membership fees, simplifying online bookings, managing facilities efficiently and providing customers with a better experience.

Michelle Furniss, Australia / New Zealand Chief Commercial Officer, Health and Fitness, stated that PerfectMind is designed to meet all current and future needs of local water, recreation and sports facilities and stated, “So far, Australia’s leisure industry has been struggling keep up with technological innovations.

In fact, many recreational facilities across the country are still using pen and paper registration forms and are still grappling with changing customer behavior and new booking and payment preferences.

“PerfectMind will bring the leisure industry into the 21st century by simplifying facility operations, reducing administration time and providing a better, more intuitive booking and payment experience for customers, which in turn will help facility managers increase bookings and improve retention rates. “

PerfectMind is designed to make day-to-day operations simple, quick and easy by automating administrative tasks and custom workflows. In addition to unlimited user licenses, Leisure Centers no longer waste time switching between applications, making manual updates, or processing member bookings and payments. Now they can run their centers efficiently using a single software platform.

The solution is specifically designed to support swimming schools and recreational programs with a dedicated portal where members can book courses, access payment information and track overall skill progress, grading and competency during the activity programs.

The first Australian user of PerfectMind is the City of Canada Bay in Sydney’s inner west. With a population of nearly 100,000, it offers a wide variety of sports and leisure services for which it previously managed bookings in person rather than online.

Commenting on the new platform, Marissa Earle, Operations and Business Improvement Coordinator for the City of Canada Bay Council: “The ability to offer online memberships and class bookings is an important part of a modern local leisure center. PerfectMind is a proven all-in-one solution that offers everything we need to run our facilities easily and effectively. This saves up to 20% less time on the manual processing and administrative tasks that our teams are currently performing.

“We want our local community to have quick and easy access to our sports and leisure services. PerfectMind will enable us to do that.”

After City of Canada Bay, several other Australian customers have chosen PerfectMind to replace their existing management software, streamline operations in their facilities and provide customers with a great online booking experience.

PerfectMind was developed as a martial arts software solution in 1998 and is a leading provider of business management software for the park and recreation market in North America. The company serves 7,400 leisure and recreation locations in 11 countries and enables over 26 million bookings annually.
