Tunis / Tunisia – On the occasion of the Francophonie Summit 2021, which will be held in Djerba from November 20-21, TheNextWomenTunisia and AfricanPropaganda, in partnership with the French Institute of Tunisia, are organizing a pitch competition for innovative projects, the Association of Tunisian Citizens’ Enterprises (CONECT ) announced this on Tuesday in a press release.
This competition would allow innovative French-speaking companies and startups founded or co-founded by women to present a business idea in a new format.
Under the motto “Connectivity in Diversity: Digital as a Vector of Development and Solid in the Francophone Space”, the 18th jury consisting of several experts offers.
The preliminary stages of the pitch competition take place online. Candidates are selected based on their presentation file. The finalists will present their ventures during the Francophonie Summit in Tunisia.
12 finalists will be invited to present their pitches in front of a jury made up of several international experts, and the winners will be awarded 3 prizes.
Participation criteria are innovation, social impact, founder or co-founder, presentation of the pitch in French and more than one year of activity.
The application deadline is September 15, 2021.
