Two hotel companies recently added properties in Dallas to their portfolios.
Crescent now manages the Dallas Delta Hotel
The Delta Hotel Dallas Allen is now managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
The hotel is connected to the Watters Creek Convention Center and has more than 79,000 square feet of conference space including 40,000 square feet of exhibition hall, 12,000 square feet. Ballroom and a further 18,000 m² in 18 conference and exhibition rooms.
Hotel amenities include a fitness center and terrace with a heated pool and fire pits. The rooms and suites have work areas, free mineral water and high-speed WiFi. The hotel’s Texas Canyon Kitchen is currently open to large private groups.
Crescent expects the upcoming PGA Byron Nelson golf tournament to attract guests to the hotel. The TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney is nearby.
Aimbridge to manage Dallas Hampton
Aimbridge Hospitality has been named by owner Armadale Capital to manage the 101-room Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas / Richardson.
The hotel is in the heart of the telecommunications corridor near major technology companies such as Ericsson, Samsung and Texas Instruments. The property is also close to the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts and the Sherrill Park Golf Course.
Amenities include a free breakfast, free WiFi, an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, digital keys, and meeting rooms.
