BHOPAL: The Center for Research and Performance of Industrial Workers (CRISP), Bhopal, has organized a two-week online program to develop faculties on entrepreneurship. The program, which began on January 15th, will end on January 28th.
The program is sponsored by the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Government of India in New Delhi.
The program is designed to train and develop faculty members from science, technical colleges, pharmacy and engineering schools in entrepreneurship development so that they can act as auxiliaries to guide and motivate young people to start entrepreneurship as a career.
It provides input on the processes and practices of entrepreneurship development, the qualities of an entrepreneur, identifying business opportunities, starting a business, government / financial institution plans and departments in support of business development, market research, etc.
According to Mukesh Sharma, CEO of CRISP, the company has been organizing a program of faculty development in physical mode for 20 years. “However, this is the first time that we organize in online mode so that faculties can participate in large numbers. Digital certificates will be provided upon completion of the two-week program, ”he added.
